The subject salvage is being disposed off on “As is where is”, “Whatever there is” and “No Complaint” Basis.
The subject materials offered for salvaging belongs to two Sellers namely M/s. Real Dehydrates & M/s. Real Foods And Spices. Hence, the subject materials are to be lifted by the Purchaser as per category and as instructed by the Sellers. The subject salvages are being sold as per categories mentioned above under the insurance claim belonging to the two Sellers
I. The Purchaser shall be required to make the payment within 3 working days from the receipt of the Delivery Order.
II. The Purchaser shall be required to lift the material within 24 working days from the receipt of the Delivery Order.
