Special Condition
The subject salvage is being disposed off on “As is where is”, “Whatever there is” and “No Complaint” Basis.
I. The Purchaser shall be required to make balance payment of 20% security deposit in advance plus GST as applicable (after adjusting the EMD amount, deposited with ‘Seal The Deal’ in favour of Seller) to the Seller by RTGS / NEFT/ Demand Draft
within 3 working days from the receipt of the Delivery Order, else their EMD will be forfeited.
2. Further payments to be periodically made by the buyer in instalments of not less than 20% of bid value incl. taxes & duties for the above mentioned category, as per mutual convenience and delivery schedule, to clear the site within the total period of 60 working days from the date of receipt of Delivery Order by him. It is to be noted that the lifting of salvage to take place only against the advance being paid.
3.The Purchaser shall be required to lift the material within 60 working days from the receipt of the Delivery Order.
